3. Licensing & Usage
The license provided is restricted to the agreed-upon project scope. The redistribution, sub-licensing, or deconstruction of AETΣRNA’s core frameworks for external commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
4. Limitation of Liability
AETΣRNA provides the digital tools and synthesis, but the final application of AI-generated content is the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for external interpretations, market performance, or third-party platform changes.
5. Project Synthesis & Data
We treat project data as raw material for synthesis. AETΣRNA commits to the privacy of client information, ensuring that all neural processing is performed within secure environments to maintain the integrity of your vision.
6. Termination & Jurisdiction
AETΣRNA reserves the right to terminate services if these professional standards are violated. Any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of the studio’s registered jurisdiction.
